Apple’s two new ads highlight long lasting battery and crash detection features in iPhone 14

Apple is known for promoting its products and services using quirky ads. Today, Apple released two new advertisements highlighting iPhone 14’s crash detection feature and praising the long battery life in the latest iPhones. The first ad shows a car crashing with dummies inside in a simulated environment. The dummies have weird expressions on their face as things fly around them during the crash. The crash triggers the Crash Detection feature on the iPhone 14 Pro seated on the car’s dashboard.

The map tells him that his destination is 102 miles ahead on this straight road. On listening to this, he raises his eyebrow and realizes that the battery on his iPhone will last long enough to accompany him throughout the journey. The ad ends with a message: “Our longest battery life. Relax, it is iPhone 14 Plus”. Apple has released this ad in partnership with Verizon. iPhone 14 Plus has a battery capacity of 4323mAH and the iPhone last around 12 hours when charged fully. While Apple is promoting its iPhone 14 Plus and iPhone 14 Pro with new ads, it would make more sense for a potential buyer to wait for iPhone 15’s release as it is expected to come with groundbreaking changes like a Titanium frame, Dynamic Island across all models, USB-C charging port and a new camera system on iPhone 15 Pro Max.
