The 10.5-inch iPad will have a screen resolution of 2,224 x 1,668 pixels

One of the new Apple iPad models of this year 2017 could have a higher screen resolution than the current models, but maintaining the same pixel density as the iPad Pro of 9.7 inches .

The 10.5-inch iPad that Apple could present next March will have a screen resolution of 2,224 x 1,668 pixels , or at least that says via Macrumors .

Going into stock, the 10.5-inch iPad (which will be accompanied by two more models) should have 264 pixels per inch , the equivalent of the iPad Pro of 9.7 inches with a resolution of 2,048 x 1,536 pixels.

The new iPad will have a higher resolution but the same pixel density

Rhoda Alexander predictions from IHS Markit indicate that it is very likely that Apple will present several models with higher resolution than current models. However, it is logical to think that the company of the bite apple also present a model with lower resolution that would replace the iPad Mini with a new nomenclature (possibly).

If the 10.5-inch iPad ends up having the same pixel density as the current 9.7-inch iPad Pro, it would end up with another theory suggesting rumors about a tablet with a resolution of 2,732 x 2,048 pixels (such as IPad Pro 12.9 inches) with the same pixel density as the iPad Mini 4.

On the other hand, has also been speculated recently with the possibility that the new 10.5-inch iPad has much narrower side bezels .

Since Mac Otakara have gone a step further, and have dared to predict that Apple plans to launch up to 4 new iPad models next March. According to this theory, the company would present models of 10'5, 7'9, 9'7 and 12'9 inches.

Additionally it is rumored that the company of the bite apple market a low-cost model that would reach the market with a price much more affordable than the current iPad Air 2, but that would have an A9X chip.
