If you like and want to have the notification center OS X Yosemite on your iPad, you can now do with Centrum, a Premium tweak that lets you take inspiration from Yosemite to your mobile device.
The tweak was developed by "TheNinjaprawn" and as shown in the picture at the beginning of the article brings all notifications to the left side of your screen, but also allows you to customize the position to display the notification center.
Once you've installed the tweak on your iPad, notifications work just as on your Mac with the same two tabs: Today and Notifications.
