A few days ago we knew that Apple could be ready to unveil a completely new platform at WWDC 2014 oriented smart home. Home automation is an exciting field of technology, but unfortunately it still sounds too remote. The Cupertino could enter this field with your iPhone and allow domestic control different functions of our home.
The lack of information we have about this supposed platform has resulted in many high expectations of us. Apple and smart home, what could go wrong? Unfortunately, everything would be much simpler and less ambitious than we think. According to the latest information, the platform would simply be a new style certification "Made for iPhone" for smart home products synchronize with our iOS devices.
Currently, the "Made for iPhone" certification is granted by all those Apple products and accessories that are related in one way or another with our smartphone.
