Hashbang Productions has released FlagPaint7 in Cydia.
FlagPaint7 automatically changes the color of Notification banners and releases the lockscreen and notification center based on the color of the respective app icons.
Besides changing the notification banner FlagPaint7 includes more options like semi-transparency, larger app icons and text shadows. Furthermore, individual elements of the banner can be removed.
Note: This tweak requires iOS 7.x. In the Lite version, the color is changed only when the Notification banner. In the Pro version additionally the messages in the Lockscreen and Notification Center to be changed.
