The iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus have been officially on sale since last Friday, and we echoed that day. The first reactions soon arrived, both good and not so much. This release has been a bit different from the previous iPhone, simply because the highly anticipated iPhone X is hovering over the horizon.
I've asked a lot of people, and many of them say the same thing, that they're waiting for the next Apple launch on November 3rd. They have preferred to keep the desire, that increasing hype is currently in tense wait .
But just because the iPhone X will come almost to the end of the year does not automatically mean that you should ignore the iPhone 8. Apple's new flagship mobile shares many of the same design features as the iPhone 6, iPhone 6s and iPhone 7 , but also shares the technical power that is inside the iPhone X.
The best
Rear window
In my opinion, the iPhone 5S was the most attractive iPhone ever. Much of that had to do with the symmetry of the device, along with its aluminum back, which made it incredibly pretty.
After several completely metallic models, it returns to the essence of the iPhone 4, back glass cover . Something that is not new and that makes it spectacular in the eyes, although something expensive in case of breakage .
Durability
One of the reasons why Apple dropped the glass again from the iPhone 5 was because it was prone to break. This time, Apple has worked directly with the crystal supplier Corning to find a solution that can withstand the hustle and bustle. The glass on the iPhone 8 is supposed to be more durable than Corning's own flagship product, the Gorilla Glass 5, which is used in many of today's best smartphones .
New gold color with class
If you are not a fan of gold and pink gold colors in the hardware of the iPhone 6S, then there is a good chance that you like the new golden color of the iPhone 8. The iPhone 8 gold is less pink than pink gold, and less flashy than normal gold in the devices of the year 2013. It is more of a refined , classy caramel look , which slightly changes color based on ambient lighting.
A11 bionic processor
For now we have all read the reports on how fast the iPhone 8. The quality of the sound is nothing special, but you will notice a higher volume and subtle gains , but remarkable in the low frequencies.
True Tone screen
The True Tone screen of the iPad Pro is a great feature as it automatically adjusts the color temperature of the screen to complement the ambient lighting of your environment. With a device with a screen as large as the iPad Pro, the True Tone effect is much more pronounced on Apple's flagship tablet.
It's a great feature to have on the iPhone 8, I just find that it's not as important as it is in the iPad Pro. Size issue .
Reduced shutter delay + haptic feedback
The new Bionic A11 image signal processor, or ISP, improves the performance of the cameras on the iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus. One of the things you may notice is the reduced shutter delay when taking the pictures . A faster shutter increases the likelihood that you'll be able to take the shot at the right time.
There is also the subtle presence of haptic feedback when the shutter button is pressed. This provides users with a sensory confirmation that the shutter was pressed successfully , resulting in a more complete shooting experience.
True Tone four-tone flash with slow sync
The Quad-LED flash now comes equipped with Slow Sync, a technology that combines slow shutter speed with a short stroboscopic pulse. 4K 24 and 60 fps video
For the first time in a top-of-the-range smartphone, capturing 4K video at 60 frames per second is possible. Most video cameras and still cameras can not do that , much less a smart phone camera. But Apple has.
The 4K at 60 frames per second has many applications, including slow motion (in postproduction), while maintaining UHD resolution. Although controversial in some circles, many people enjoy the realistic speed offered by the frame rate of 60 frames per second. From YouTube, which now supports 4K60, the iPhone 8 can show us wonders .

For the first time, Apple is finally getting on the wireless charging car, with the iPhone 8 crystal on the back. The iPhone 8 is compatible with most Qi-compatible chargers , and Apple recommends two of them: Belkin's Boost Up wireless charging pad and Mophie's wireless charging cradle.
Fast charge
I have no idea why Apple keeps insisting on sending its small 5W adapter with every new iPhone, but for some reason, it still does. Users have been able to use larger adapters, such as the iPad's 12W adapter , to charge the iPhone much faster.
But the iPhone 8 is able to load even faster by using the company's 29W adapter that is usually included with its line of MacBook laptops. In addition, you'll need to buy a USB-C cable from Lightning to have the benefits of a faster charge.
But since everything positive has a negative counterpart, I will list 5 things that are not entirely to my liking , things that could be changed if someone were able to read me.
Worst
Only 5W adapter included
The iPhone is 10 years old, but Apple keeps insisting on sending it with a slow 5W charger. Why provide users with such a slow loading experience for so long? It is inexcusable that Apple does not provide at least one 10W or 12W adapter inside the box . And if you want to take advantage of the new fast charging feature of the iPhone 8, get ready to get close to 100 euros for the 29W adapter and USB-C cable to Lightning.
Wireless charging is slow
Apple plans to push a software update that will allow loading of 7.5W, which is not precisely fast , but is better than the current situation. From now on, the charging speed is slower (we are talking 7-8% in 25 minutes) than the charging speed provided by the 5W power adapter. For wireless chargers, the software upgrade can not come fast enough.
Same old general design

The iPhone 8 could probably have been called the iPhone 7S, and no one would have raised the voice. It has some significant improvements, but overall, it is still perceived as one more phone. That said, if you come from an iPhone 6 or lower, the iPhone 8 you will appreciate it as an achievement. Maybe if you come from the series 7 not so much, although if you are curious and fussy you will see that these changes exist , and are for the good.
