Use filza to easy find the name of game.
Paste the file Medieval Defenders on Medieval Defenders.app . Dont delete Medieval Defenders.app, click open it and paste Medieval Defenders (replace)
Set Permission file Binary "Medieval Defenders" 777 / 775 (pic)
